PHGIC Overview

For approximately 30 years, the Philippine Human Resource Global Information Center (PHGIC) has participated deeply and in many ways in the Philippines. It has a wealth of business experience and confidence as well. In order to be used securely for trainees, Preparatory Organizations, Supervisory Organizations, Licensed Recruitment Organizations, and Accepting Companies linked to Philippine Human Resources, such as long-term care employees, specified skills, and highly qualified workers, we provide quality recruitment agencies, information, advice, and multiple kinds of assistance.

We will devote our utmost efforts to the policy of "Better Human-resources, Through Better Organization, Better Companies!".
PHGIC is not a provider or governing body in the Philippines or Japan. Our project team consists of the Philippine universities, vocational training institutions, Sending Organizations, Japanese language schools, and centers of human resources information and we are sending the right personnel to Japan. Supervising organizations, Recruitment Agencies, Businessman, Accepting Companies and Sending Organizations carefully examine education, follow-up systems, performance, irregularities, violations of laws and regulations, labor management, and human rights violations, etc., and partner only with good organizations and businesses that strictly comply with laws and properly operate.

High-Level human resources (English teacher, IT engineer, hotel front desk, etc.) are those who are able to enter and reside in Japan, and who have the abilities and qualities that are expected to contribute to Japan's economic growth and innovation in particular. In other words, "highly skilled human resources" are treated preferentially in terms of the immigration control system and their acceptance is promoted. For example, Immersion Teachers (Immersion education is an educational program in which subjects are taught in a second language so that they can learn the language. For example, they teach mathematics in English at schools and cram schools.), English Teachers, IT Professionals, CAD Engineers, etc.

Specific Skill No. 1 is included in nursing care, food service, accommodation, construction, shipbuilding and marine industries, building cleaning, material manufacturing, industrial machinery manufacturing, electrical and electronic information related industries, automobile maintenance, aviation, agriculture, fisheries, and food and beverage manufacturing. The nursing, food and accommodation industries of these 14 industries are scheduled to start in April 2019.
